What we collect. Only what you enter in the preview-request form: name, mobile number, email, residence of interest, broker status and language — plus standard campaign attribution (UTM parameters and advertising click IDs). The rent figure typed into the comparison tool is never transmitted or stored.

Why. To respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp and email, and to manage which advertisements you see. Processing is based on your consent under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).

Ad-platform matching. With your consent, hashed contact details may be matched with Meta, Google, TikTok and Snap to manage ad audiences (including excluding you from further ads once registered).

Retention & your rights. Withdraw consent, request access, correction or deletion at any time via [[CONFIRM: privacy contact email]]. Reply STOP / «إيقاف» to any WhatsApp message to opt out; every email carries an unsubscribe link. Suppression applies across all channels.

No sale of data. Your details go only to the official Sobha City sales team and the processors named above.
