Is AED 1.31M really the price?
Yes. It's the genuine "from" price for a 1-bedroom, matching ADREC-registered inventory, subject to availability and change. Final prices depend on floor, stack and view. Register and today's full price list arrives on WhatsApp.
What's the payment plan?
Staged through construction: a booking amount, instalments while it's built, and a portion at handover. The exact split is being confirmed with the developer — the sales team sends the current schedule with the price list.
Does a River Cove apartment come with a Golden Visa?
Read this carefully, because many ads blur it: the entry 1-bedroom at AED 1.31M does not qualify alone. Property valued at AED 2M+ may make you eligible to apply for long-term UAE residence (Golden Visa), subject to ICP criteria — at River Cove that typically means 2-bedroom residences. Never guaranteed; the ICP decides.
What about rental returns?
We don't publish yield or return figures, because nobody can promise them, and UAE advertising rules prohibit it. What we'll give you instead: the price list, the payment plan, and what's publicly announced around Al Bahiya. Draw your own conclusions.
When is handover?
The anticipated handover date is being confirmed with the developer and will be stated here once verified. The sales team can share the current construction and phasing timeline.
What happens after I register?
The brochure and price list come to you on WhatsApp, and a consultant follows up with floor plans and the payment schedule during working hours (9:00–21:00 GST, seven days). Many buyers complete the whole process remotely; the sales-centre visit is optional.
