Sobha is one of the few developers that builds with its own construction teams, from design through to handover. Sobha City brings that to Abu Dhabi: a ~38 million sq ft waterfront masterplan at Al Bahiya, launched in April 2026.

Does buying make the Golden Visa automatic?
No, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. Property of AED 2M+ makes you eligible to apply for long-term UAE residence (Golden Visa), including family sponsorship, subject to ICP criteria and approval. Every Terraces townhouse clears the value threshold; the decision always rests with the ICP.
How does the payment plan work?
